Monal Srivastava

Monal Srivastava, Senior Vice President – People, DP World, comes with over 25 years of experience across Infrastructure, Logistics & Transportation, and Financial Services. She brings deep expertise in building people strategy aligned to business growth, operational scale and long-term value creation across both Indian and multinational organisations.

In her current role, she leads the people agenda at DP World driving transformation, capability building and organisational effectiveness. Prior to this, she held senior HR leadership roles across leading organisations in infrastructure and financial services, where she steered large-scale change, strengthened industrial relations frameworks and supported rapid business expansion.

Over the years, Monal has led integration and organisational redesign initiatives in M&A environments, enabling business transformation at scale. She has supported greenfield projects including the setup of large assets such as port terminals and free trade warehousing businesses. She has developed and executed leadership blueprints to build capacity for hyper growth, driven HR process transformation including ERP implementation and shared services models and strengthened compliance and industrial relations frameworks.

She has also led CSR initiatives that have earned recognitions such as the Golden Peacock Award and CII Award for CSR.
