Latifa Mohammad

Latifa Mohammad is Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Maritime Solutions, DP World, with more than 23 years of experience across the maritime, ports, and logistics industries. She leads the development and implementation of global human capital strategies that support the company’s long-term vision and growth ambitions.

During her career with DP World, Latifa has held several senior HR leadership roles, including Chief Human Resource Officer for the Marine Services Division, overseeing P&O Maritime, P&O Marinas, Dubai Maritime City, and Drydocks World. She has led HR operations across multiple regions and played a key role in shaping people strategies that drive growth and operational excellence. She also serves on the boards of several P&O entities and Drydocks World.

Latifa has been instrumental in advancing DP World’s human capital agenda, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce transformation. She holds a degree in Banking and Financial Studies, a Human Resource Executive Certificate, and has served as an assessor for the Dubai Government Human Resources Audit Committee.
