Shahrooz Kashani 

Shahrooz Kashani leads the Offshore Commercial and Tendering department at Maritime Solutions, where he is responsible for the strategic development and execution of commercial initiatives across our offshore business. With more than twenty-five years of experience in the maritime and energy sectors, Shahrooz brings a deep understanding of complex tendering processes, client engagement, and market expansion strategies.

Since joining DP World, Shahrooz has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s offshore presence, securing key contracts, and driving performance through commercially sound and client-focused solutions. His leadership ensures the alignment of business goals with long- term growth opportunities across the GCC and broader global markets. 

Shahrooz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Power Engineering. He combines technical expertise with strategic foresight and is recognised for his collaborative approach and results-driven mindset.
