Florian Pein serves as Chief Customer Experience Officer of Shipping Solutions EAM at DP World, leading the customer experience agenda across Europe and the Americas as part of DP World's Marine Services organisation. His background spans shipping, logistics, and regional commercial leadership, giving him a deep understanding of customer needs, operational delivery, and market dynamics across international trade.

Prior to his current role, Florian served as Area Director for West and Central Europe at Unifeeder, where he led regional operations across a key part of the business. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of leadership positions with Hamburg Süd and Delta Shipping Lines in Germany and internationally, building extensive experience across logistics, marine operations, country management, and commercial execution.

In his current role, Florian has focused on enhancing the customer experience, improving service consistency, and strengthening alignment between customer needs and operational delivery. He is recognised for his customer-centric leadership style, regional expertise, and ability to translate market insights into practical business improvements.
