Ganesh Raj 

Ganesh Raj is Global Chief Operating Officer, Marine Services at DP World. With over 18 years at the company, he has held a range of senior leadership roles, contributing to the development and execution of DP World’s global maritime strategy.

In addition to his group role, Ganesh continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Shipping Solutions for Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Prior to his current position, Ganesh held roles including Chief Global Network Officer and CEO & Managing Director across multiple regions, including the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, Australia and Europe. Before joining DP World, he held senior positions at Maersk and P&O Ports.

He is passionate about delivering business results through customer-centric innovation, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined execution.

Ganesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate diploma in Port Management from the Netherlands, and has completed the High-Performance Leadership Programme at IMD Lausanne.
