Jørgen Gylling

Jørgen Gylling serves as Chief Financial Officer of Shipping Solutions EAM at DP World, where he oversees the finance function and supports the business across multiple regions. He brings broad international experience spanning finance, operations, and board leadership, with a career across industries including shipping, metals, consumer goods, food processing, process automation, and manufacturing.

Prior to his current role, Jørgen served as Group CFO at Alumeco Group. Earlier in his career, he held a range of senior positions with the LEGO Group and Maersk, covering corporate finance, controlling, global markets, and operations. Alongside his executive career, he has also served as both a board member and chairman of several companies.

Since joining Shipping Solutions EAM, Jørgen has focused on business transformation, strengthening financial discipline, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling sustainable growth through greater simplification and structure. He is recognised for his broad leadership experience, international perspective, and expertise in business transformation, digitalisation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and strategy development and execution.
