A qualified Company Secretary and lawyer, Kisna brings extensive experience in commercial and maritime law, with deep expertise in shipping, regulatory compliance, contract management, and claims resolution. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in managing complex legal matters, mitigating risk, and strengthening governance frameworks within the shipping and logistics industry.

Prior to joining DP World, Kisna held legal and claims management roles with leading organisations, including Maersk and Transworld Group. In these positions, she advised senior leadership on maritime claims, commercial disputes, contract negotiations, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. 

Known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Kisna works closely with business and operational leaders to navigate evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, enabling sustainable growth while safeguarding the organisation's interests.
