Lykke Saksager Svare

Lykke Saksager Svare serves as Chief People Officer of Shipping Solutions EAM at DP World, leading the people agenda across the business as part of DP World's Marine Services organisation. With more than 15 years of experience in international HR, she brings broad expertise across all core HR disciplines and a strong focus on aligning people priorities with business strategy in dynamic global organisations.

Prior to her current role, Lykke held several senior HR leadership positions within Unifeeder, including Group People Director and Head of People. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Emerson and Siemens, building extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, organisational development, employee lifecycle management, and strategic HR partnering.

Since taking on her current role, Lykke has focused on shaping a people agenda that supports business performance, organisational development, and the capabilities needed to meet evolving business needs. She is known for her practical, collaborative approach and for leading people-focused initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, employee engagement, and performance.
