A commercially astute HR and Transformation leader, Manoj brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale business, people, and organisational transformations across diversified multinational groups in the Middle East and Asia.

Having held senior leadership roles with leading organisations, including Al Tayer Group, Galadari Brothers, and Bin Butti International Holdings, he has partnered closely with Boards, C-suite executives, and global consulting firms to drive growth, operating model transformation, governance, digitalisation, and culture change across businesses employing more than 10,000 people and representing over 100 nationalities.
