Mie Letager Kjeldsen serves as Chief Legal Officer of Shipping Solutions EAM at DP World, leading the legal and compliance agenda across Europe, the Middle East, West Africa, and the Americas. With extensive experience in corporate law, international contracts, and regulatory compliance, she plays a key role in enabling the business to operate within a strong, commercially focused legal framework across a complex international organisation.

Prior to her current role, Mie held legal leadership positions at Siemens Wind Power and previously worked as a lawyer and legal consultant across both private practice and the public sector. Her background includes advising on international contracts, risk management, employment law, litigation, and corporate compliance, giving her broad legal expertise across both global and local operating environments.

Since joining Shipping Solutions EAM, Mie has focused on strengthening a unified legal and compliance framework while supporting strategic decision-making and collaboration across regions. She is recognised for bringing clarity to complexity, leading with integrity, and helping teams navigate legal matters with confidence in a dynamic global environment.
