Sandeep Pandey

Sandeep Pandey is Chief Strategy Officer, Shipping Solutions AMEA at DP World, where he is responsible for shaping the strategic roadmap and supporting the business's ambitious growth agenda.

Sandeep began his career at sea as a Navigating Officer on merchant vessels before joining Maersk Logistics in 2005. Over the past two decades, he has built extensive experience across international logistics, spanning the full spectrum from transactional freight forwarding to the development of fourth-party logistics (4PL) solutions for large global customers.

After spending 11 years with Maersk Logistics across multiple roles and geographies, Sandeep joined Manuchar NV, where he supported expansion into new markets within the bulk logistics sector. He subsequently served as Regional Director at DB Schenker (now DSV) before relocating to Dubai to establish CH Robinson's presence across the Middle East and Africa region.

Sandeep holds a Bachelor's degree from the Nautical Institute of India and a Master's degree from JBIMS, Mumbai.
