Our warehouses and offices are open Monday to Friday, five days a week.

The SLA for orders depends on whether the order was created before the local cutoff time of each warehouse.

  • The SLA for orders in the Processing status before the cut off time will begin on the same business day.
  • The SLA for orders in the Processing status after the cut off time will begin the next business day.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE AND CLOSURE DATES

Our warehouses and offices observe the public holidays of their respective locations.

  • When a warehouse and office is closed for a public holiday, all SLAs will shift to the next business day.

Please consider the bank holiday calendar for the relevant country when sending inventory, scheduling dock appointments, and creating orders and work orders.
