OPERATION ERRORS POLICY
The DP World Fulfillment Customer Support Team will be your primary contact for any operational errors you encounter.
Reach out to Customer Support Team at support.fulfillment@dpworld.com, and provide as much detail as possible.
- The subject should contain the DP Word Fulfillment Order Number and concise error problem.
- Warehouse (e.g Venray / Hinckley / Elsenfeld / Swarzedz)
- For Inbound errors — DP World Fulfillment Receiving order (RO) number.
- For Outbound errors — DP World Fulfillment Order Number.
- Clear description of the issue.
- Print screens or any documentation you may have relating to the error.
The Customer Support Team will begin investigating the case on the same day they receive the complaint.
